Description

Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut, produced by Bruno Paillard in the Champagne region. A classic method that expresses the purity of Chardonnay, with careful vinification that enhances its finesse. Very fine perlage. The initial aromas are distinctly citrus—lime lemon and grapefruit—with hints of white flowers. With oxygenation, toasted almonds and bread crusts emerge. Pale, brilliant gold, almost silvery, with green highlights. The opening is lively and offers a complex sensation thanks to the citrus and white berry notes. The minerality of chalk is noticeable. The finish is fresh, long, and persistent.

The Maison 'Bruno Paillard' was established from the desire of its founder to create a Champagne that was very different from others, very pure.

According to Bruno Paillard, a great Champagne is first and foremost a blend of wines: first and foremost of crus, of grapes, but also vintages always with this desire to capture the quintessence of finesse and elegance that Champagne can offer when it is served lovingly.

Vendor Bruno Paillard
Wine making First pressing chardonnay, sourced exclusively from Grands Crus «Côte des Blancs» vineyards. Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is composed of reserve wines: 25 vintages, going back to 1985. Like all very fine wine, our Champagnes are also relatively fragile and should be stored carefully, and within its UV protective cellulose film until serving. Never leave a bottle in the refrigerator for more than a few hours; the cold may «break» the wine.
