Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve

The Brut Réserve Maison Billecart-Salmon was voted "Best Brut in the world" by the famous Decanter guide. The signed Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve is a round champagne wine, harmonious and balanced. Its assembly, unchanged from 1945, is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the best vineyards of the Marne.
Building on its deep-rooted traditions, such as wine-making grapes in barrels of "Grand Cru", the Maison does grow its bottles in a branched network and extensive cellars cut into the chalk and dating from the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries. The temperature is constant, around 12 ° C, allowing the creation of a delicate effervescence.
