Badia di Morrona Chianti I Sodi del Paretaio Riserva 2018
Chianti is, for the entire world, unquestionably the most famous ltalian wine of all. The Gaslini Alberti have contributed to the quality of this appellation, producing “I Sodi del Paretaio Riserva”, a typical expression of this wine. The Sangiovese grape is lord and master, as it is the only variety utilized. Eighteen months of ageing in 685 gallon (2,600 litre) oak casks have rounded off the angles and the tannins, giving the wine an admirable balance both in terms of aroma and flavour.
