The Timorasso pillar of our project. If consumed the year of production you will find floral and citrus notes. If aged, the characteristics evolve with increase minerals that distinguish this wine.

Intense straw yellow.

Parfum

It is liked for the intensity and the depth of the hints of flint, citrus, grapefruit and cedar above all, and for the corteggio of aromatic herbs.

Saveur

Minerality is the common thread on the palate as well, savory and powerful, of good freshness and long lasting.

Accompagnements

Good pairing with fish, shellfish and white meat, and fried vegetables. Asian dishes that have soy sauce in them often pair well with high-acid wines like Timorasso.
