Description

Nowadays pink is the quintessential colour for women. But it wasn’t always so: deriving from red, in the past it recalled the figure of the warrior, the soldier and therefore men. Rosé sparkling wine is similar: the colour makes you think that it is a flavour for women but, once tasted, it is also appreciated by men.

Clean and elegant very vertical bouquet with fruity notes of lychee, mango and papaya, followed by notes of pear and peach. The nose concludes with a floral bouquet of violets and red roses.

Gabriella Benedetta Vettoretti est née dans les collines de Cartizze, dans une famille de vignerons et de viticulteurs. Après mon expérience dans la cave familiale, j'ai décidé de m'engager dans une nouvelle voie professionnelle, dans laquelle je mettrais mes connaissances et mon expérience à la disposition d'autres caves et du client final, en réalisant ma vision du monde du vin.

Une vision dans laquelle le Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG a toujours sa place, mais une vision dans laquelle de nouveaux horizons s'ouvrent également, avec de nouvelles terres, de nouvelles personnes et de nouveaux produits.
