Composition du sol | The vines from which these grapes originate are grown in soils with different compositions, ranging from medium-textured and silty to clay soil. |
Vinification | of Viafrancia Bianco begins by harvesting the grapes by hand; this is followed by a short resting phase in a cold room. The grapes are then gently pressed at low temperatures in an oxygen-free environment to preserve their aromatic integrity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a controlled manner, partly in steel tanks and partly in first and second passage French oak barrels. This choice lets us obtain the perfect aromatic harmony and gustatory complexity, preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas. |
Vieillissement | After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for a period of at least 9 months, enriching the taste and consistency. Subsequently, the blending phase takes place, where the best bases are selected to create the final blend, which is aged in steel tanks for approximately 3 months before being bottled and left to rest in the bottle until the perfect balance is achieved. |
