Description
Francine Loriot is a small vigneronne from the Marne Valley, an area dominated by the presence of the Meunier vine. A small artisanal production of only 15,000 bottles per year of Champagne. Wines characterised by balance and freshness of flavour, versatile in pairing and suitable for accompanying from aperitifs to meals.

Aging | A very small production from a small plot of Chardonnay, with a blend of two vintages, 50% from 2019 and 50% from 2020. The wine then went through a long ageing process of more than a year in the cellar before mousse-taking, and then a short stay on the lees to combine complexity and freshness of flavour in the glass. |
