Description

This new cuvée expresses the elegance and freshness of our terroir. The Sylvaner gives elegance and fruit, the Grüner Veltliner brings its spicy scents, the Pinot Grigio gives structure and power and the Kerner brings its aromatics into play.

Bouquet of white flowers, with notes of tropical fruit and peach, mountain herbs and multi-faceted aromas of citrus fruits.

Complex and structured with the typical freshness of the Valle Isarco. Very balanced with an elegant, slightly spicy and mineral finish.

Le premier site a été établi dans la cave à vin historique de Reinthalerhof. Anton Gfader, son propriétaire, a été nommé premier directeur par les 24 membres fondateurs. À la suite d'un incendie survenu dans l'ancien Reinthalerhof au cours de l'hiver 1962, la direction de la cave a décidé d'acheter les ruines et de construire de nouvelles installations modernes et fonctionnelles. En 1975, une forte chute de neige a provoqué l'effondrement du hangar, si bien qu'en 1978, la Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco a déménagé dans ses locaux actuels, facilement accessibles depuis la sortie de l'autoroute de Chiusa et la route nationale du Brenner.

En 2005, une nouvelle unité de production a été construite sur le site de Chiusa, tandis que l'ancien bâtiment a fait l'objet d'une restructuration générale. Aujourd'hui, la Cantina Valle Isarco compte environ 130 membres provenant de 11 communes : Varna, Bressanone, Funes/Tiso, Velturno, Chiusa, Laion, Castelrotto, Villandro, Barbiano, Fié et Renon.
