Description
A Charmat method brut sparkling wine produced by San Patrignano. A wine born from passion and a desire to experiment, as the winery's history tells us. Intense, fruity, and floral aromas: apple, lemon peel, orange blossom, acacia blossom, and jasmine. 0.75L bottle. A fine and elegant perlage thanks to a very prolonged secondary fermentation. The palate confirms the aromas, adding a pleasant note of peach and kiwi. Despite its complexity, the palate is supple and lively, making it a pleasant drink.
