Description
Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Moser. 100% Pinot Noir, 2017 vintage. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the excellence of Trentodoc, with a complexity derived from 72 months of aging on the lees, plus an additional year in the bottle. Fine perlage. Fruity on the nose with smoky notes, nuances of toasted hazelnut, and hints of mature notes. Intense straw yellow color. Dry and persistent on the palate, a wine that invites tasting.
