Description
Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine from the Jura, France, produced by Marcel Cabelier. 12% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant du Jura that enchants with its elegance and character. Aged for at least 24 months on the lees at low temperatures with cold maceration. The aroma is spicy and exotic, an invitation to discover a fascinating territory. Salmon pink in color. On the palate, the wine is elegant and full of character, with a fine and persistent perlage.
