A sweet white passito from Hungary, 9.5% ABV, produced by Grand Tokaj. 100% Furmint, 2013 vintage. A Tokaji Aszu 6 Puttonyos that embodies the tradition of this historic winemaking region. The wine presents aromas of fresh dried apricots, spring chamomile flowers, dried orange, and tropical fruits, along with a delicate note of pink pepper. Tasting it reveals a blend of plum and apricot jam that pairs beautifully with its overall fruity character. A long and full-bodied wine, of great complexity, with high acidity and sugar content, present in a rounded balance and harmony. The flavor fills the mouth with a fresh and lingering taste.
