Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Doyard in the Champagne region. 0.75L bottle. No vintage specified. A Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Champagne. Produced by a winery based in Vertus, which extends over 11 hectares, managed by Yannick and his son Guillaume. Fine bubbles. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is refined and has excellent length.
