Description
Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut, produced by Bonnet Gilmert Champagne, from the Champagne region of France. 0.75 L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A Blanc de Blancs that expresses the elegance and refinement of Chardonnay, with grapes from vineyards classified as Grand Cru. Winemakers from generation to generation, Emile Gilmert began selling a few bottles under his own name in 1910. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars. It expresses delicate notes of rose, eucalyptus, dried fruit, and yeast in a blend of great breadth and elegance. Straw yellow. Round and balanced, it expresses itself in a crescendo of flavors of rare intensity. It concludes with a refreshing finish that invites you to return to the glass.
