Quercecchio Azienda Agricola

Quercecchio is located in the town of Montalcino, in the province of Siena, in a part of Tuscany renowned for its artistic and natural beauty and for its famous wines, the DOCG Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino Doc.
And 'mid-hill located on the south part of the area that slopes towards the Maremma, its surface is Ha. 230, consisting of woods, pastures, arable land, olive groves and vineyards.
Thanks to a good composition of the soil (clay and sand) and at a very favorable microclimate it has the production of high quality grapes used to produce full-bodied wines such as Brunello di Montalcino.
The farm property is Quercecchio compostae's 15 hectares of vineyards, of which half are enrolled for the production of Brunello di Montalcino and the other half dedicated to DOC and IGT wines of the area, and 10 hectares of olive groves, with plants of different varieties: leccino, Olivastro, Moraiolo.
