Domaine d'Eole was born from a dream... to create great wines expressing the magic of the Alpilles swept by the sun and the Mistral.

From the very beginning in 1993, organic farming was an obvious way to protect this wonderful terroir and its biodiversity. The continuous search for excellence has guided the other essential choices: traditional grape varieties, controlled yields, manual harvesting at optimal maturity, a minimum of intervention in the vineyard and the cellar in order to respect the quality of the grapes as much as possible.

These efforts direct our daily work to guarantee you each year wines rich in aromas, high in colour and full of finesse.
