The domaine is managed by Jerome and Jocelyne Castagnier on 4 hectares of vineyards.
In the heart of the Côte de Nuits, no less than 4 Grand Crus are produced on the prestigious grounds of Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny and Vougeot. With a permanent concern for quality and respect for the environment, the hand harvest, preceded by the thinning of the grapes, the traditional fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 18 months, allow them to produce these great wines of Burgundy. The company uses biodynamic and environmentally friendly techniques.
