Description
Aromatic biodynamic still white wine from Alsace, France, 13.5% ABV, produced by Zusslin. 100% Gewürztraminer Aromatico, 2021 vintage. A wine made in a winery founded in 1691, now run by the Zusslin family, who converted the winery to biodynamic viticulture in 1997. Complex aromas ranging from orange marmalade and cumin, to dried rose, nutmeg, and honey. Straw yellow with bright golden highlights. The sweetness on the palate is balanced by freshness and liveliness. The finish has an aftertaste of cardamom, lemongrass, and quince.
