Description
A still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14% ABV, produced by Paraschos. A Pinot Grigio Riserva born from the passion and tradition of a family that has cultivated vineyards in the Collio region since 1979. The company, founded in 1998 by Evangelos Paraschos, of Greek origin, has always been committed to respecting the environment and the plants, using only natural methods in the cellar since 2003. Aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Direct pressing of whole bunches. Spontaneous fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in large oak barrels for 12 months on its own fine lees. Bottling without gravity filtration.
