Description
Organic still white wine from Etna, Sicily, 12% ABV, produced by Palmento Costanzo. Blend: 90% Carricante, 10% Catarratto Bianco Comune. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. An Etna Bianco made in Contrada Santo Spirito, in the village of Passopisciaro, on the northern slope of Etna. Here, Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante, and Catarratto grapes have always been grown by hand. Today, we follow the principles of organic farming with the utmost respect for tradition. A broad bouquet with notes of white flowers, citrus, honey, and ginger, with hints of aromatic herbs and hydrocarbons. Straw yellow. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, and persistent with delicious mineral notes.
