Description
Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC still white, 14.5% ABV, 100% Sauvignon, produced by Miani, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon that expresses the purity of the grape variety, with fruity notes accompanied by hints of citrus and sage. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, with good intensity and persistence. Ideal with fish dishes, vegetable risottos, and cheese.

From the beginning of his productive history this reserved and reflective man has put all his energies into the raison d'être of every single individual, almost considering it a microclimate in its own right, capable of generating a highly individual fruit in its dimensions and flavors.
