Beschreibung

A bottle of Pedrotti Riserva 12 contains not only our beloved bubbles but also a precious taste of time. The bottles lay for 12 long years in the stillness and freshness of the cave and the flow of time lends to this wine incomparable structure and body. Few, precious bottles where our winemaker experience results in a fine and persistent perlage, complex aromas of yeast, ripe fruits and black truffle. A spumante with a strong character elegantly shown by its fine features.

Eine historische Marke der Trentiner Önologie. Im Jahr 1928 ging das Unternehmen an seinen Sohn Italo über, der, getrieben von einer großen Leidenschaft für die Entfaltung des Potenzials des Trentino, die Tradition fortsetzte, indem er ein ständiges Streben nach Qualität in der Weinproduktion verfolgte. Das gleiche Streben nach Qualität und Verbesserung wurde an die dritte Generation mit seinem Sohn Paolo weitergegeben, der sich nach Abschluss seines Önologiestudiums zunächst ganz der Wein- und dann der Schaumweinproduktion widmete.

Heute sind es zwei Schwestern, Donatella und Chiara, die mit Leidenschaft und Entschlossenheit die Entwicklung des Familienunternehmens verfolgen, das sich auf die Herstellung von Trentodoc-Schaumweinen nach klassischer Methode konzentriert, die den besten Ausdruck des für die Schaumweinherstellung besonders geeigneten Gebiets darstellen.
