This new cuvée expresses the elegance and freshness of our terroir. The Sylvaner gives elegance and fruit, the Grüner Veltliner brings its spicy scents, the Pinot Grigio gives structure and power and the Kerner brings its aromatics into play.

Der erste Sitz wurde im historischen Weinkeller des Reinthalerhofs eingerichtet, dessen Besitzer Anton Gfader von den 24 Gründungsmitgliedern zum ersten Direktor ernannt wurde. Nach einem Brand im alten Reinthalerhof im Winter 1962 beschloss die Kellereileitung, die Ruine zu kaufen und einen neuen, modernen und gut funktionierenden Betrieb zu errichten. Im Jahr 1975 stürzte der Schuppen aufgrund eines starken Schneefalls ein, so dass die Eisacktaler Kellerei 1978 in die heutigen Räumlichkeiten umzog, die sowohl von der Autobahnausfahrt Klausen als auch von der Brennerstraße aus leicht zu erreichen sind. 2005 wurde am Standort Klausen eine neue Produktionsstätte errichtet, während das alte Gebäude einer Generalsanierung unterzogen wurde. Heute zählt die Eisacktaler Weinkellerei rund 130 Mitglieder aus 11 Gemeinden: Varna, Brixen, Funes/Tiso, Velturno, Klausen, Löwen, Kastelruth, Villanders, Barbian, Fie und Renon. Mehr lesen
