Since 2006, his commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture has opened up a new way of thinking about respect for the natural balance of the terroir, the environmental impact and the well-being of people.
This philosophy and the winegrower dimension of our company, with 40 plots of vines spread over 4 villages in the Montagne de Reims - Verzenay, Verzy, Villers-Marmery and Villedommange - enable us to produce Champagnes that express all the subtlety and strength of the terroirs from which they come.
