Origin	The grapes come partly from the vineyards on the Oltradige hills.
Climate	Altitude: 450 - 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards, and partly from the sunny slopes of Mazzon and Montagna in the Bassa Atesina.
Soil composition	The clay and limestone soil is ideally suited to the Pinot Noir vine, giving it a velvety softness and an elegant structure.
Harvest	The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
Vinification	After destemming, the must is gravity-fed into stainless steel vats for fermentation (12-15 days).
Allergens	Contains sulphites
