Colour

Brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights.

Bouquet

Delicately fruity and fragrant, with notes of cherry and morello cherry. Sensitive spices, in particular black pepper, cloves and ginger. With time, notes of eucalyptus emerge.

Flavour

Dry, soft and spicy, with balance, freshness and considerable drinkability.

Pairing

An extremely versatile wine, it goes well with the whole meal with the typical Italian menu: mixed hors d'oeuvres, pasta with sauce, risottos, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, mixed boiled meats. Try it, slightly fresh, also with fish in guazzetto or with polenta and cod.
