Sottimano Barbaresco Fausoni 2020

The Barbaresco "Fausoni" of Sottimano comes from vineyards of the municipality of Neive, in the homonymous Fausoni hamlet, where the vines are about 45 years of age.

Colour

Goblet of red garnet loaded, bright.

Bouquet

The nose shows scents of red fruits and spices.

Flavour

Soft mouth, full and mineral, relaxes on a balsamic and spicy profile, ending fine and persistent.

Pairing

It is beautifully accompanied with red meat and game preparations. Great even with seasoned cheeses.
