Vinification	Clos Vougeot is a wine that is still ripe and has a fine texture. The vinification will be more extractive than the average (for example by pigeages) to obtain a little more length.
Ageing	This wine reacts well to the new barrel, especially Tronçais wood. He quickly finds his balance and gives the tone of the vintage, however a breeding a little prolonged brings out the depth.
