Intense ruby red with garnet hues.

Bouquet

Dense nose of spicy notes, hints of ripe fruit, bay leaf, carob, vanilla and cocoa.

Flavour

Fleshy mouthfeel, it is pulpy and well balanced, an enveloping and soft aftertaste. Long fade in fruity and balsamic echoes.

Pairing

Excellent paired with griddled caciocavallo podolico or try it with strascinati di grano arso with sheep ragout.
