La Torretta Niché Negroamaro 2015
Nickè is a pure Negroamaro from the La Torretta winery, which produces it in its vineyards using manual vinification techniques, obtaining a niche production of a maximum of 25,000 bottles per year. The Ionian sirocco brings the humours and flavour of the sea, contributing to the creation of a wine with extraordinary organoleptic structures.

Bouquet

Intense, balsamic and enveloping aromas, austere notes of earth and salt, plums, olives and rhubarb. Hints of pepper, roots, liquorice, Mediterranean scrub, eucalyptus, flowers and herbs.

Flavour

A red wine of great and delicate balance and juicy, tasty tannins. Sharp acidity, savoury and iodine returns give depth to the wine.

Pairing

Mixed sliced meats, white meats, soups and vegetable purées, earthy first courses, fresh cheeses, vegetables and legumes, the whole meal.
