Marchesi di Montalto Costadelvento Cruasè
It is born in the cru homonym and represents the first natural rosé by birth, disciplined, productive and above all for our determined will. The only one to be obtained from black berries, the Pinot Noir Black with criomaceration and moderate aging, 24 months.

Colour

Intense salmon pink, with ruby hues.

Bouquet

Distinct red berry fruit, such as strawberries raspberries, cassis and ripe cherries.

Flavour

The red fruit prevail, an excellent persistence with a well balanced and a pleasantly crispy finish.

Pairing

Excellent with game and wild fowl, medium mature cheeses and pasta dishes, also pleasant with meat ragout.

Harvest Manual harvest from the third week of August with de-stemming followed by a temperature controlled cold maceration for 8/10 hours. The clarification of the must takes place naturally, together with a temperature controlled fermentation in small stainless steel vats.
Vinification The following spring different parts of the base wine are blended, thus the Cuveé obtained it is then bottled for the second fermentation.
Ageing After at least 24 months of aging on its lees, when it is most fragrant and reveals its natural colour. It will be disgorged and marketed.
