Ca' di Frara Oltre il Classico Extra Brut Rosè

This wine comes from the blending of the cuvées. Depending on the vintage, 70% to 80% of the grapes of the reference vintage are used, to which 20% to 30% of reserve wines are added, of which a variable percentage of Pinot Nero is vinified in red.

Colour

A natural pink color brilliant and rich.

Bouquet

Aroma of ripe berries: blackberries, raspberries and, in particular, currants.

Flavour

Tasty in the finish but well-structured. It is dry and pleasantly fruity. Hints of liquorice typical of a Pinot Nero vinified in red.
