Lamole di Lamole Chianti Classico Etichetta Blu 2018
It is an alternative hypothesis, in which the focus is on the joyful sunniness of the Tuscan land: a wine that, moving strictly from Lamole grapes, declines them in the smoothness of matter and sinuosity.

Bouquet

Sweet, with scents of cyclamen, mulberry and blueberry, tobacco, cocoa and cinnamon.

Flavour

On the palate, soft sensations are remarkable. The tannin is blunt and tasty, and the acidity is well-calibrated. The finish is expressive and defined.

Pairing

It perfectly pairs with chickpea, bean, cicerchie and lentil soups, with the inevitable 'round' of intense extra virgin olive oil and herbs to taste. In addition, it pairs well with the typical 'lampredotto'.
