Lamole di Lamole Chianti Classico Etichetta Blu 2017
It is an alternative hypothesis, in which the focus is on the joyful brightness of our land: a wine that, moving rigorously from Lamole grapes, declines them in smoothness of matter and sinuosity of lines.

Bouquet

Something sweet and soft in the scents of cyclamen, mulberry and blueberry, tobacco, cocoa and cinnamon.

Flavour

On the palate, soft sensations are rampant: the tannins are blunt and savoury, the acidity is well-calibrated, the finish expressive and well-focused.

Pairing

It makes what is known as a love match with legumes: in Tuscany you are spoilt for choice: chickpea, bean, chickling vetch and lentil soups, with the inevitable "spin" of intense extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs to taste. But it has the vigour to withstand visceral dishes such as lampredotto.
