Bouquet

The aroma is intense, broad, elegant and persistent, with hints of honey and wildflowers.

Flavour

It has a dry, soft, very harmonious flavour, with exceptional persistence thanks to its full-bodied structure.

Pairing

It pairs well with truffled first courses, with a wide variety of fish dishes, especially baked and sautéed, but it also goes well with white meats. The memory of its match with a fresh salmon bearing stuffed with Parmesan cheese and artichokes is wonderful.

In addition, the Sommelier Italian Association awarded the 1997 and 1998 vintages. In conclusion, Cesare Pillon's article in 'Civiltà del bere' in October 2000 stated, "the Vintage Tunina is exceptional in many other ways.
