Vinification |
The fermentation and maceration is carried out in cement and steel tanks for about 18-20 days. |
Ageing |
The wine is then aged in French oak barrels and casks for a period of time that varies, depending on the characteristics of the wine, from 16 to 20 months. After bottling, it is then aged in glass for about 6 months. |
