This vine has become established in all the company's vineyards and grows well in the hills and plains. The result is a smooth wine which goes well with spring risottos, seafood, shellfish and baked fish.

Colour

Pale straw yellow.

Bouquet

Characteristic aromas of sage, rue and elderflower, accompanied by intense notes of ripe grapefruit and pepper.

Flavour

Delicate and consistent with the aromas. It gives a good structure and remarkable harmony that oscillates between fatness and pleasant acidity.

Pairing

A soft wine that goes well with spring risottos, creams, seafood, shellfish and baked fish.
