Colsaliz Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Servo Suo Brut

This sparkling wine is made from Prosecco grapes grown on the high hills of Treviso, where the vines thrive thanks to their favourable exposure to the sun. The peculiarity of this Brut is given by the early harvest to safeguard the acidity, which is better suited to conservation, and by the system of crushing in the absence of oxygen, to keep intact the primary aromas and flavours, typical of the grape, which leaves it that pleasant floral and fruity scent, with a prevalence of green apple that makes it a great sparkling wine. With its well-balanced vivacity, it is the ideal proposal for modern drinking and should be enjoyed at the table, especially with the large seafood openings. Excellent with meals.
