Extra brut sparkling wine with a refined and lively perlage. Crisp, structured, harmonious and dry on the palate with a strong characteristic flavour. The bouquet is broad, elegant and pervasive, rich in notes of ripe golden apple and citrus with floral fragrances of acacia and wisteria.

	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet On the nose there is an intense bouquet of apples, elderflower and wisteria.
	Flavour A dry and fragrant sparkling wine with excellent structure and mineral quality.

Polluting packaging
