The famous also known as 'rambela' is a native aromatic vine from Romagna that was rediscovered in the last period and gives fresh, pleasant and full-bodied wines.

Soil composition	The vineyards are located in medium clay areas near the Chalk Vein, a calcareous rock formation where shells can be found as it was covered by the sea in the past.
Vinification	Famoso is an indigenous Romagnolo vine also known as Rambela and rediscovered in recent times. An aromatic grape characterised by a bunch with large berries, it is vinified cold following maceration on the skins in order to extract the typical aromas and flavours.
