	Perlage Fine persistent bubbles.
	Colour Light gold.
	Bouquet The nose opens with a wide range of intense and generous aromas. Notes of almond, citrus, candied orange and brioche intermingle with great balance.
	Flavour On the palate, the wine is deep and complex, underpinned by a refined, silky texture. Elegant notes of pastry come to the forefront. The freshness of the aromas is combined with finesse, and the fullness with freshness, in a dazzling finish.

Pairing

Magnificent with a capon with almonds in a light cream sauce or sweetbreads in crispy puff pastry, Grand Vintage 2012 is also a perfect match for lightly seared foie gras with peach compote.
