The palate offers superb, complex body, lightly balanced between freshness and power. The rich aromatic range is intensified with notes of red fruit. It displays remarkable vinosity and elegance. The finish is exceptionally long.
Cuvée Sous Bois is a great wine which requires a few minutes to fully develop in the glass. It is a perfect Champagne to drink throughout a meal.
