After a long refinement in the bottle is a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. Its balance comes from the Pinot Noir grapes, clone 386, coming from proprietary vineyards with a predominantly limestone structure of indisputable merit set on hilly sides between 300 and 500 meters a.s.l.

	Perlage Fine and persistent froth.
	Colour Straw yellow with antique gold reflections.
	Bouquet Bouquet in perfect balance between fruity notes of white pulp and pear peach, hints of toasted nuts and fresh bread.
	Flavour It has an elegant creaminess with a long aftertaste and deeply rich in sapid and citrus sensations.

Assembling the cuvée using, together with the vintage wines, a good 25% of wines of old vintages refined in magnum to confer complexity and uniqueness. Draft with selected yeasts on the farm and bottle ageing for at least 30 months. Bleeding and further 2 months of evolution before being put on the market.
