A Rhum who was left to rest by Reimonenq for six years in small oak barrels to give a slim and balanced slice, but at the same time engaging and never discounted.

Colour

Dark amber to the view, tending to mahogany and with deep copper reflections.

Bouquet

The olfactory bouquet consists of fruity notes and memories of citrus, orange peel, dark chocolate and coffee.

Flavour

The palate is sweet and driven by aromas of ginger and raisins. Long persistence and pleasantly toasted closure.

Delivery service has recently deteriorated. Two last shipments managed by UPS have been postponed several times. Pity, on time fast delivery used to be a strength.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
