We are a young company formed by young people who have a dream: to cultivate a unique land, to produce wines and oils of great quality, the expression of a generous territory enclosed between the hills and the Adriatic.
Our ambition is to transmit the scents and flavours of the land and the sea to our products: it is not an easy task, but dreaming of it brings us closer to the goal.
Everything starts from the land. Every day Enrico and Andrea take care of our vineyards and olive groves according to organic methods. The passion of our oenologists, Alberto and Stefano, is a guarantee of the utmost care for the treasures that the earth gives us.
The agronomist Claudio with his wisdom and great experience coordinates all the phases of the campaign and the cellar. Gianluca with passion, professionalism and competence presents the precious fruits of our labour.
We are fulfilling a dream: we are returning to the green and rediscovering passion. From several farms and among splendid vineyards and olive groves, our farm is born, proud of the authentic products and flavours offered by the most generous of lands: the Colli di Rimini, in Romagna.
In the heart of the greenest Rimini, on a sunny ridge, lies the hamlet of Sant'Aquilina, surrounded by the hills of Covignano, San Fortunato and Cerasolo. Here the breeze of the Adriatic Sea blends with the calm winds of the land.
The estate consists of approximately 46 hectares of land, 24 of which are vineyards and 9 of which are olive groves. Tenuta Sant'Aquilina is also a vision of the future: from the old farmhouse with a view of the Republic of San Marino, a new house will be built to house the headquarters, winery and events room.
