Tenuta L'Impostino

In the name Tenuta l'Impostino we find therefore the will of maintaining the history and the memory, as well as in the brand, in which a simple sign goes along with a historical reference: the "Corona Muraria", developed from the simble of our town, Civitella Paganico, and that reminds its origin as a fortified village.It is in this way that the Tenuta l'Impostino was born, placed on the top of a natural amphitheatre with a south-west exposition, at the altitude of 380 metres the estate covers 52 hectares: 20 ha of gentle slopes of vineyards, surrounded by 30 ha of a suggestive forest of holm and cork oaks and 2 ha of olive trees. the winery is a modern structure of 2000 sm. With the traditional outstretched wings shape that surrounds the vineyards, it dominates the hill and it is alongside with two old farmhouse, today converted into business accommodations, available to guests and admirers of our wines.
