Moriz Prado
We work to ensure that the character and identity of each terroir is freely expressed. The vinification is therefore parcel-based and the maturing is done exclusively with indigenous yeasts. We select the best expressions of our parcels by diversifying our winemaking methods. We alternate between stainless steel vats, oak barrels and stoneware amphorae (jars).
