The 2009 vintage in Minervino Murge was characterised by a seasonal trend characterised by regularity and coolness until early summer. August and September, on the other hand, were hot months.

This climatic course favoured the late varieties such as Aglianico, which achieved a gradual and optimal ripening of the grapes, thus expressing high-level, elegant wines with aromatic fullness.

收获 The grapes were picked slightly overripe in order to exalt their phoenolic potential.
酿酒工艺 After the pressing, fermentation occured in stainless-steel tanks at temperatures that were not higher than 25-27°C. The maceration, carried out with techniques such as pumping-over and soft delestage, for a soft extraction, lasted 15 days.
