It is located in Bastia on the Albenga plain where we grow herbs, but it runs along the valley of the river Arroscia up to Ranzo on the high slopes of Imperia, where you will find our vineyards and olive groves.
The use of pesticides, fertilizers and suchlike chemical products is not part of our local tradition so we have just carried on as they did in the past.
Organic farming is not a technical or economical choice: it is simply a question of culture. It is the perception of what we are doing, and mainly publicised by word-of-mouth, that has allowed us to occupy a significant place in high-quality production within our area and beyond.
Bio Vio Pigato Gran Père 2018 has been awarded by AIS with the Tast e Vin and is one of the 22 best regional wines of Italy.
