Location	Hills in the town of Gavi (Alessandria).
氣候	Altitude: 250-300 m. a.s.l.
土地的組成	Mainly marly-sandy with powerful marls in layers alternating with sandstones. The colours of these soils vary from light brown to light.
釀造	The pressing is soft and the clarified first must is fermented at a temperature of 16-17°C for about 10 days.
陳年	Malolactic fermentation is not carried out to maintain a slightly acidic vein. After brief bottle ageing, the wine is ready at the beginning of the new year.
